These Image Service Terms govern the provision of image services by the Agency and do not apply to general use of the Agency’s website or website builds, which is governed by separate Website Terms & Conditions & Master Project Terms & Conditions.
All packages require full payment upfront before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once production has started. If you cancel before we begin, a full refund will be issued.
We deliver edited product images as specified in your chosen package. Final files are delivered as high-resolution JPGs unless otherwise agreed. A Google Drive download link is provided upon completion and remains active for 14 days.
Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond 2 rounds or after 7 days will be quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing source images and a clear brief. Turnaround timelines begin only after we receive all required materials. Delays in providing materials will delay delivery accordingly.
Images are licensed for commercial use on your own sales channels only (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and similar). Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing to third parties is not permitted. Copyright remains with AestheticAlly until full payment is confirmed, after which usage rights transfer to you.
Stated turnaround times are business day estimates and begin after brief confirmation. We will notify you proactively if any delay occurs.
We’ll always work to resolve issues fairly. If you’re unhappy with a delivery, contact us before raising a dispute with your payment provider — we will make it right.
