Image Service Delivery Instructions

What we need from you to get started

1. Your product images

Send us your raw product photos — these preserve the real texture, colour, and detail that make your listings stand out from templated AI images. If you currently use AI-generated images, send the original raw photos too where possible; they consistently produce stronger results. If you’re working from Placeit mockups and don’t have the physical item, send those mockup files directly.

2. Your image style preference

Let us know what kind of images you need — clean studio (white background, Amazon-compliant), styled background, lifestyle/in-use, or infographic. If you’re unsure, share your niche and we’ll send 2–3 concept references for your approval before we begin production.

3. How you’d like your images split

Tell us how you want your image count distributed. For example: 1 image each across 18 different products, all 18 for a single hero SKU, or any combination. We’ll confirm the brief before starting.

Delivery

We deliver in batches via a private Google Drive link. Each batch of 8 images is delivered within the turnaround window below. The download link remains active for 14 days after final delivery — please save your files promptly.

Next batch is submitted only after the previous batch is approved. This keeps revisions clean and ensures consistent quality across your full order.

Communication

All project communication is handled via email. You’ll receive a project brief email within a few hours of payment confirming next steps. Our team responds within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. No calls required — we’re structured for async collaboration.
